CLC QUENCH K 133

(Super Clean Marquench Oil)

CLC Quench K 133 is formulated with the newest technology available offering a low viscosity thermally stable marquench oil that yields maximum hardness and super clean parts. CLC Quench K 133 is a crystal clear oil that will allow parts going into the quench tank to come out as clean looking as they went in. This will eliminate an extra cleaning step and should be a major savings to the heat-treating company.

CLC Quench K 133 contains state-of-the-art additive and basestock technology that will result in not only cleaner parts but also a cleaner healthier working environment due to the clean, clear low odor additives used and a high quality basestock.

CLC Quench K 186 is a crystal clear oil that will allow parts going into the quench tank to come out as clean looking as they went in. This will eliminate an extra cleaning step and should be a major savings to the heat-treating company.

CLC Quench SF-752 is formulated with the highest quality virgin neutral base stocks and the newest quench oil additive technology available. CLC Quench SF-752 contains a highly polar component that seeks out and dissipates heat on hot metal surfaces. In addition, this advanced technology component does not allow dirt to redeposit on the metal surface, which results in a clean bright finish coming out of the draw furnace. CLC Quench SF-752 reduces carry off due to its low viscosity.

  • High fluidity resulting in free draining from parts, thereby decreasing oil loss.
  • Not affected by cyanide salts.
