CLC Lube HVI Hydraulic Oils
CLC Lubricants introduces a complete line of advanced technology multi-functional hydraulic oils. The HVI product line is made with Group II basestocks which contain extremely low aromatics(<.5%) compared to 10-50 % in solvent refined neutral and naphthenic oils. The high quality of these basestocks completely eliminates unstable sulfur, nitrogen, and oxygen compounds. Therefore, contaminants which normally react with these elements and build up on metal surfaces are kept in
suspension allowing the contaminants to be filtered out.
Additional Value Added Benefits:
- High natural VI for stable viscosities through a wide temperature range
- Outstanding oxidative and thermal stability
- Meets Cincinnati Milacron approval
- Water white in color and no odor
- Oxidation resistance 3 to 5 times greater than competitive solvent refined oils
- Very low carbon residues
- Non-toxic basestock
- Low misting due to extremely low aromatics
- Safer for the workers
- Very fast water separation
- No adverse health effects
- Non-Zinc antiwear additives
- Improved filterability over Group I oils
- Longer life
- No sticky or tacky buildup
- Self-cleaning properties
- High reactivity with additives improving their performance
- Rust and corrosion resistant properties

CLC LUBE GO SERIES
(Multi Use Industrial Gear Oils)
CLC Lube GO Series oils are premium quality, heavy duty, multi-use industrial gear oils. The GO series oils are versatile lubricants intended for enclosed gear sets operating under heavy use or shock loads, as well as on ways, slides, or large diameter bearings.
CLC Lube GO oils are formulated to provide rust and corrosion protection, enhanced oxidation stability and antifoam. State of the art non-staining, sulfur-phosphorus, extreme pressure additives, provide anti-wear and friction reducing characteristics to minimize high temperatures in gear boxes. They meet or exceed American Gear Manufactures Association (AGMA) specificationsand performance requirements.
Advantages:
- Continued protection during periods of high temperature operation.
- Excellent gear and bearing wear protection.
- Excellent chemical stability inhibits oil oxidation and protects against corrosion.
- Anti-rust and anti-foam.
- Good compatibility with other gear lubricants.
