CLC Draw B 550 is a heavy-duty deep drawing oil containing a blend of extreme pressure additives, which provide excellent results in severe drawing operations, including stainless steel. CLC Draw B 550 has high anti-weld properties and gives excellent protection during the draw against scoring and pick-up. CLC Draw B 550 can also be used for heavy duty fine blanking.

CLC Draw B 550 can be easily applied by rolling, brushing or swabbing. It applies evenly and wets the metal surface allowing for uniform coverage. It can be removed by mineral spirits, alkali bath or other conventional cleaning methods.

CLC Draw PX-1825 is a heavy-duty chlorine free metal forming oil. CLC Draw PX-1825 can be used on all types of steel and aluminum and all metal forming operations. CLC Draw PX-1825 works extremely well on perforating heavy gauge stainless steel.

This product is also unique in that it provides a high degree of rust protection to protect even rust prone parts made form cast iron. In addition it has enough lubricity to handle roll forming, aluminum tapping, and light duty drawing.

CLC Draw PX 2000 WS mixes easily with water and is easily removed with an alkaline cleaner. CLC Draw PX 2000 WS replaces many soluble and straight oil products with its broad dilution range. CLC Draw PX 2000 WS is not recommended for use on copper or copper based alloys like brass or bronze.
