Coolant Sump Cleaners |
BIO SUMP CLEANER
(Biodegradable Coolant Sump Cleaner)
Bio Sump Cleaner is used for cleaning individual machine tool coolant systems and central systems.
Bio Sump Cleaner keeps machines clean and free of bacteria and fungus while removing tramp oil and grime.
Product Description
Bio Sump Cleaner is a water based cleaning compound designed for cleaning machine tools and central coolant systems. It is compatible with soluble oils and synthetic coolants, and can be added to both of these products or mixed with fresh water to clean equipment. Bio Sump Cleaner is an alkaline, non-phospate product which provides rust protection as well as high performance cleaning.
The cleaning action of Bio Sump Cleaner will remove coolant residues, contaminating lube oils and eliminate rancid odors found in machine tool reservoirs, central system filtration equipment and coolant lines. This product contains no solvents, oils, biocides or any hazardous ingredients.
Product Application
Cleaning During Production
- Add Bio Sump Cleaner to present coolant at a ratio of 50:1 to 80:1
- Circulate through all lines for 4-8 hours. Wash machine surfaces with coolant hose where practical.
- Drain cleaning mixture and recharge with fresh coolant.
Cleaning During Plant Shutdown
- Drain old coolant, remove chips and other residue
- Charge with water and Bio Sump Cleaner at 40:1 to 60:1
- Circulate through all lines for 4-8 hours. Wash machine surfaces with coolant hose where practical.
- Drain cleaning mixture and recharge with fresh coolant.

CLC CLEAN AP-222 |
|
Product Description
CLC Clean AP-222 is a water soluble cleaning compound designed for cleaning machine tools and central coolant systems. It is compatible with soluble oils and synthetic coolants, and can be added to both of these products or mixed with fresh water to clean equipment. CLC Clean AP-222 is a mild alkaline, safe product which provides rust protection as well as high performance cleaning.
The cleaning action of AP-222 will remove coolant residues, contaminating lube oils and eliminate rancid odors found in machine tool reservoirs and central system filteration equipment and coolant lines. This product is particularly effective in restoring cleaning action and rust protection to used soluble oils when used as an additive. The rust protection of synthetic coolants can also be extended with CLC Clean AP-222.

CLC CLEAN AP-333 |
|
CLC Clean AP-333 is an antimicrobial agent particularly suited for the control of bacteria and fungus in industrial applications.
CLC Clean AP-333 is highly soluble in water and is quite stable in neutral or weakly acidic solutions. Although some antimicrobial activity is provided at a pH as low as 6.0, CLC Clean AP-333 is most effective at pH 7.5 or higher where there is a gradual release of formaldehyde to provide continuous activity for a prolonged period. Under ordinary use conditions the odor of formaldehyde should not be detectable.
CLC Clean AP-333 is an effective antimicrobial agent for the protection of metalworking fluids (cutting fluids, coolants for grinding and tooling operations). It is effective in petroleum-based products, synthetic coolants, and semisynthetic fluids such as those containing mineral oils, fatty oils, emulsifiable oils, sulfurized fatty-mineral oil blends, glycols and sulfurized-chlorinated fatty-mineral oil blends.
NOTE: Keep from freezing. Store above 55 F.
|
Recommended Use Concentrations:
CLC Clean AP-333 should be added to dilute metalworking fluids at 0.1% or 1000 ppm.
Calculation:
1/1000 X Gallons to be Treated = gal. of AP-333 needed

CLC Clean GK-3250 & CLC Clean OM-115 |
CLC Clean GK 3250
CLC Clean GK 3250 is an effective tankside antimicrobial agent for use in metalworking fluids. It is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. At higher concentrations, it is also effective against yeast and molds. Its activity is not affected by either the hardness of the water or the presence of non-ionic surfactants in the fluid.
CLC Clean OM 115
CLC Clean OM 115 is an effective tankside antifungal agent for use in metalworking fluids. When used in a routine maintenance schedule, CLC Clean OM 115 will lengthen fluid life and save on replacement, cleaning, and disposal costs.
Directions For Use:
For a Spoiled System: Dump system, clean with machine cleaner, degreaser, and refill
with metalworking fluid. Add start-up dosage of CLC Clean OM 115.
To Maintain System: Add tankside addition of weekly maintenance dosage of
CLC Clean OM 115.
|
CLC Clean GK 3250 Recommended Use Level:
Use 32 oz. of CLC Clean GK 3250 to treat 50 gallons of metalworking fluid.
CLC Clean OM 115 Recommended Use Level:
Start-up dosage/shock dosage - 6 oz. per 50 gallons.
Weekly dosage/ maintenance level - 2.5 oz. per 50 gallons.
